StyleWriter 4 Review | Transform The Way You Write

Writing correctly in English is important to me as a new blogger, because English is not my first language. For those of you who do not know, I am from Bulgaria and my native language is Bulgarian. I am really trying my best to write grammatically correct when it comes to my blog posts, so it will not be frustrating for my readers, but I use words incorrectly and make grammar mistakes sometimes just as many other English speakers.  This is why I wanted to give StyleWriter 4 a try and see if it will help me become a better writer.

What is StyleWriter? StyleWriter is the World’s Largest Style and Usage checker — is a powerful manuscript editor that plugs directly into all versions of Microsoft Word. StyleWriter searches for thousands of writing faults, including complex words, jargon and abstract words, wordy phrases, hidden verbs, passive verbs, clichés and long sentences. It then pops up advice showing you how to edit each sentence. Using StyleWriter typically cuts 25 percent of the words from the document and removes the stale writing habits so common in organizational writing. It’s just like having a professional editor sit down next to you and highlight all of your writing problems in your document.

How does StyleWriter work? StyleWriter is an add-on writing aid to Microsoft Word to help you edit everything you write into a model of clear English. StyleWriter checks your document against a 200,000 graded wordlist and a 50,000-word and phrase style and usage checker!

Downloading, installing and activating StyleWriter 4 is fast and easy.

I usually copy the text I want to edit and paste it into StyleWriter. The software instantly analyzes the document and shows you where and how to edit. I like that StyleWriter advises how to cut  long and wordy sentences into a clear and readable text that is easy to read and understand.
