Argan Oil quickly became one of the most popular oils in the beauty industry used as a nourishing elixir from head-to-toe. Many cosmetic companies nowadays add Argan Oil to the ingredients of their products because of its benefits. However, getting a bottle of 100% pure Argan Oil is always better, because you know there are not additional chemicals, parabens and silicones. If you would like to simplify your beauty routine and reduce the number of products you put on your face and hair, Argan Oil is the product to choose. It is great as a nourishing face and body moisturizer, as well as hydrating hair and nails treatment. Since Argan Oil is considered a dry oil, absorbs quickly, leaving hair and body soft and moisturized without greasy or oily residues. It could be used on its own or added to any of your favorite cream, serum, lotion, exfoliator, hair mask or essential oil. Argan Oil can help prevent stretch marks by improving the elasticity of the skin and is also great for treating skin rashes or infections, acne and bug bites. Argan Oil is a natural product and is safe for pregnant women and kids, though you should do a spot test before start using anything new on your skin, in case of an allergic reaction. I always have a bottle of Argan Oil in my beauty cabinet and love using it for just about everything. Lately I have been using my 100% Pure Argan Oil by GoPURE which is a premium grade Argan Oil from Morocco and is 100% certified organic. It comes in a 4 oz./120 ml. amber bottle with a dropper which makes the application easy and convenient. Argan Oil by GoPURE has the specific for all Argan Oils scent, which reminds me of the smell of an olive oil, however once the oil absorbs into the skin, the scent dissipates. If you have not tried Argan Oil yet, I strongly suggest to do so as soon as possible, because you are going to love all the benefits that will provide for your hair, face, body and nails.
The neck is that part of the body, people don`t think too much about how it looks during the younger years. When using facial moisturizer is also important to massage it on the neck as well. Many women stop their skincare routine at their chin and neglect the neck in the most cases. I always make sure to massage my daily and night moisturizers on my neck, because hands, neck and of course eyelids are one of the first body parts that reveal woman`s age. The neck area often looks older than anything else, because its skin is thinner than that on the face and everyone should make sure they start taking a proper care of it on time and before is too late. I have never tried a neck cream before I came across Age Defense Neck Cream by one of my favorite skincare brands Body Merry. (You can find more reviews of their products here). I think is awesome that they came out with a product specifically designed for this very important part of the body that a lot of us often forget about. One of the best things about this cream is that is free from parabens, sulfates and phthalates, which is awesome, because no one want such harsh chemicals, especially on their neck.
- Lift, firm and hydrate the delicate skin of your neck and chest with Body Merry’s Age Defense Neck Cream – a powerful moisturizer that firms, smoothes, moisturizes and improves the suppleness and elasticity of your décolleté.
- Provide your skin with its daily staple requirements of vitamins, antioxidants and AHAs. 4% Vitamin C, 5% Glycolic Acid and Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) are supported by powerful natural and organic ingredients such as Plant Derived Hyaluronic Acid, Propolis, Royal Jelly, Cocoa Butter, Jojoba Oil, Green Tea, Avocado Oil, Licorice, Lemongrass and Rosehip Oil, to name just a few.
- No fragrances or harsh chemicals such as Parabens, Sulphates or Phthalates.
- The lotion is made in the USA in an FDA registered and GMP compliant facility. It is not tested on animals.
- Body Merry’s products are backed with a 90 Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you don’t like this cream, just contact us and get a full refund. No need to return the bottle.
Note: Since the product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun, use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
Body Merry Age Defense Neck Cream comes in a plastic tube container with a pump, which is always a plus, because is much easier to dispense the product and don`t have to worry about bacteria getting into it. The cream has a thick consistency that spreads easily, absorbs fast without any residues, and leaves the skin baby soft and nourished. It has a mild cucumber scent that dissipates upon application. I noticed that Body Merry Age Defense Neck Cream keeps my neck area moisturized and hydrated during the whole day, without greasy feeling. By incorporating the use of a neck cream as part of an anti-aging regimen, you do not have to worry about early neck aging problems and I would highly recommend to start using one as soon as possible. It is an extra step in the morning or night routine, but once you make it a habit, you will not even feel that it takes much of your time, plus the extra few seconds that you take to do it are totally worth it.

I received this product complimentary for testing purposes. All opinions are my own and 100% honest.
In my Holiday Edition Glossybox I received eight absolutely amazing high end beauty items, and one of them was Nourishing Lip Butter in Rainforest at Dawn by Teadora. It comes in a big pot, smells great, tastes great, leaves my lips soft and nourished, and overall it is such a pleasure to use it. Since then I was very intrigued by Teadora and really wanted to check out more of their products. Luckily enough I had a chance to try their Nourishing Body Polish. It comes with Teadora Rainforest Hydration Elixir. This elixir is a combination of 5 amazing oils (Buriti, Babassu, Brazil Nut, Rose Hip Seed, and Maracujá), which in addition to the ingredients the company calls the Icons of the Rainforest: Pitanga, Cupuaçu, Andiroba and Açai are full of free radical-fighting antioxidants, vitamins, oleic, and fatty acids that help to revitalize the skin. For exfoliation and mineralization Teadora use Açaí Seeds, known as the Beauty Berry, the most famous antioxidant-packed fruit of Brazil that is highly valued for helping to protect skin from damage caused by pollution, UV rays, and stress. They also use Amazonian Clay, one of nature’s most perfect beauty ingredients. It simultaneously reduces dry patches and removes oil from the surface of skin for a clear, smooth, flawless look.
Teadora Nourishing Body Polish comes in two natural scents: Rainforest at Dawn and Rainforest at Dusk. I received Rainforest at Dawn which has a woodsy and floral scent. My second experience with Teadora did not disappoint either. I absolutely love their Nourishing Body Polish! It is a pleasure to use it as frequently, as the first product I have tried from them. The exfoliating beads are the finest and most abundant I’ve ever tried in a scrub. They don`t melt or dissolve and I love how abrasive they are, yet extremely gentle without irritating the skin. A little bit goes a really long way for a deep clean, the creamy formula does not dry out the skin, and there is no residue whatsoever. Just one use was enough to make my face so much smoother and brighter, my pores were less visible (I know it is hard to believe, but this is a fact) the flakiness that I had on my nose is now gone and my face is looking polished and healthy. I am absolutely obsessed with Teadora Nourishing Body Polish and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good exfoliator, that really does the job. All Teadora products are 100% vegan, free of parabens, synthetic fragrance, silicone, gluten, phthalate, sulfates and other harsh chemicals.

Even though I just started to experiment with different essential oils, I have always been a big fan of Lavender Oil. I remember growing up, my mom always had Lavender Oil at home and I used to open the bottle and give it a sniff quite often. Lavender Oil is the most versatile of all essential oils. Some of the common uses include:
– Relieve stress, anxiety and depression
– Treat insomnia
– Freshen laundry
– Add to your bed and bath
– Add to your pet’s bath
– Use on vacuum bags
– Scent potpourri and candles
– Add to skin cream to soothe skin
– Treat bug bites, rashes and sunburns
– Promote hair growth
– Provide headache and migraine relief
– Boost your immune system
– Reduce acne, scars and stretch marks
– Relax aching muscles
I have a huge 4 fl oz/118 ml bottle of 100% Pure, Therapeutic Grade Lavender Oil by Applejack Life, that I have been using lately in a variety of different ways and I really enjoying it. The bottle comes with a free dropper which makes it very easy to use without wasting any of the product.
I put a water in a spray bottle and added a few drops of Lavender Oil which works great as a room and furniture freshener. Lavender Oil does have a strong scent at first, which smells wonderful once it starts fading. It gives such a fresh and clean scent to the whole house, which helps to moderate stress by calming the nervous system and relaxes the body for better sleep. Another way I tried Lavender Oil is by putting a few drops in my bath for a full relaxation and spa-like experience. I also love to put a drop on my pillow 30 to 60 minutes before I go to bed and the scent sends me strait to wonderland. The best part is when I wake up, because it smells like heaven. I also massage a drop of Lavender Oil on my dog`s neck to give her a nice scent and it also keeps fleas away. One of my favorite way to use my Lavender Oil is by putting a drop into my palms, rub them together and then run my fingers through my hair to freshen it. Another favorite way of using Lavender Oil is by adding a few drops to a clean washcloth in the dryer and it makes the laundry smells wonderful. I had a few very itchy bugs bites on my leg which I massaged with a Lavender Oil and it instantly cooled the skin and stopped the itch. I also love to mix a few drops of Lavender Oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil and use it for a body and feet massage, because it leaves the skin super soft, moisturized and smelling fresh and clean. For dry and itchy scalp I mix a couple of drops of Lavender Oil with 2 tablespoon of Olive Oil, then heat it up a little and massage it on my scalp, following with a shower cap for about an hour before I rinse out. This mixture leaves my hair soft and shiny. Another good thing to use this Lavender Essential Oil is by putting some on a cotton pad or a cotton ball and place it somewhere in the corner of your drawer. It really makes the clothes smell good while protecting them from moths. Since Lavender Oil has a disinfecting properties and cleaning power, I also love cleaning with it by making my own Homemade All-Purpose nontoxic cleaner. I just mix 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1/2 cup water and 12-24 drops of Lavender Essential Oil in a spray bottle and use it to clean and disinfect pretty much anything in the house. It works great and is safe for pets and kids. And last, but not least I love this Lavender Oil, because its origin is Bulgaria and this where I am from. 🙂

I have heard so many people raving about a Coconut Oil and the plenty of health benefits that provides. I had the pleasure to finally try a bottle of 100% Pure Fractionated Coconut Oil by Majestic Pure.
Carrier Oil for Massage, Therapeutic Recipes and Essential Oils
– Great therapeutic benefits
– Excellent on skin; a natural and very safe moisturizer, softener and non-irritant lubricator
– It can be mixed with other carriers and essential Oils
– Wonderful balance of saturated fats helps stimulate hair growth
– Fractionated coconut oil is a carrier that never goes rancid
Advantages of Fractionated Coconut Oil
Coconut oil has long been used all over the world for its many therapeutic and other benefits to the skin. It has antiviral and antibacterial properties, a wonderful balance of saturated fats in its natural form and helps stimulate hair growth. Many aromatherapy recipes use coconut oil for the various therapeutic benefits it offers. Fractionated coconut oil is a fraction of the coconut oil from which almost all the long chain triglycerides are removed, thus leaving mainly the medium-chain triglycerides and making it an absolutely saturated oil. This saturation gives it a very long shelf life and greatly increased stability. In addition, fractionating raises the comparative concentration of Capric acid and Caprylic acid, thus giving it more of antioxidant and disinfecting effect.
– Many aromatherapy recipes use coconut oil for the various therapeutic benefits it offers
– It leaves skins smooth with no greasy feeling
– Odorless and colorless. Does not stain and easily washes out of clothing and sheets
– Low production costs make it cost effective
– It does not aggravate skin problems or clog pores
100% Pure Fractionated Coconut Oil by Majestic Pure comes in a large 16 fl oz (473ml) plastic bottle and it has shampoo like cap, where you press down and it opens up. I find it very inconvenient, because it is so easy to spill it and that is why I would prefer, if it has a pump or a dropper. The oil itself is very watery and it has no color or odor. However it does have a nutty odor after a while, when applied on skin or hair and that is why I prefer not to use it if I have to go out. Another thing that I noticed is that the oil does stained my pants when I was trying to pour some out and my baby pushed my hand. I washed them later on and the stain is still there. I also find this Coconut Oil to be a bit greasy than what I was expecting, however it has a great softening and soothing properties which make it beneficial for the hair and skin. The night before washing my hair, I applied a generous amount of the oil and after I washed it the next morning, my hair was shiny and less frizzy.
Overall I think that is worth purchasing Fractionated Coconut Oil by Majestic Pure, because it comes in a large bottle and a price that is surely reasonable for this size; A little bit goes a long way and I expect it to last quite a while; And finally Fractionated Coconut Oil by Majestic Pure is very gentle oil that has never irritate my skin and it works great as a moisturizer and skin soothing relief. I can not wait to mix it with other carriers and essential oils which can be used for many aromatherapy purposes as well as medicinal purposes. Also please note that even though Coconut Oil could be used for external and internal uses, 100% Pure Fractionated Coconut Oil by Majestic Pure should only be used externally.
I love tea! I can drink hot or cold tea throughout the whole year and never get tired of it. Tea makes me relax and of course warms me up during the cold winter days. I drink almost every type of tea there is, with exception of red colored tea, because for some reason they do not taste good to me. However I have always liked to drink green tea, especially when I was a teen and as many other people at this age, I was struggling with thoughts that I was fat (I really wasn`t). So that is when I started to drink green tea for weight loss.
Drinking Matcha Grean Tea has become very popular lately because of its health benefits and I really wanted to try it. Matcha is a fine-ground, powdered, high-quality green tea from Japan, that is also used as an ingredient in recipes. I have read that one glass of Matcha is the equivalent of 10 glasses of green tea in terms of its nutritional value and antioxidant content. Not all Matcha teas are created equal and the easiest way to recognize a high quality Matcha is by its bright green color. There are Ceremonial Grade, which is a high quality Matcha and Culinary Grade which is used for cooking. I also wanted to mention that Matcha is an expensive tea and if you find anything for a cheap price, there is probably something you should be worried about.
I came across KissMe Organic and their Ceremonial Grade Matcha which is natural, organic, vegan and non gmo, and it comes in a package inside a sealed top tin. The tea has a strong green tea scent and a green color, which is not as bright as I was expecting, but is also not muddy green like some other Matcha, that I have seen online. While I am not an expert in Matcha taste because this was my first time trying some and I have no comparison, I can not say if KissMe Organics Matcha Green Tea is better or worse than other brands, but I can say that the one I tried tastes great. It has smooth Green Tea flavor, which is not sweet as some people said Matcha should taste, but is not bitter either and I actually enjoy drinking it without any sweetener. KissMe Organics also sent a recipe guide with my purchase that includes a lot of interesting recipes to try Matcha in. I have not had a chance to try any yet, but I am excited as well as interested to see how Matcha Green Tea tastes in a smoothie or a cake, even though it may sound nasty, I heard that the flavor is delicious and I can not wait to try.
